The Mid-sized fixture of the Par family, the Par-56 can use either 300watt or 500watt lamps, has porcelain extended medium end prong socket, and can handle throws of up to 50ft. At a 50' throw it produces a 13' x 28.7, 38 foot-candle beam. The Par-56 accepts narrow spot, medium flood, and wide flood lamps, so it's flexible enough to be used in a variety lighting applications, such as club settings, stages or decorative party lighting.
